No wonder my server monitoring messages have been coming in like crazy ....
I've been able to use FTP. And I can read my sites. But having problems accessing my WP backend: (a) takes forever for the log in process to resolve; (b) in at least one site (I haven't tested all) I can never get into the admin panel even after the log in process has resolved; and/or (c) I am unable to update the plugin from within the admin panel (This is the message: Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received). Is it just going to be a matter of time before all these WP-related issues are resolved? Or should I send in a ticket? |

Wallaby is up, but there's some issues accessing some sites from some locations. If you drop a ticket into the helpdesk, we'll go from there, on a case by case basis. This is related to the initial network issue, which was a DDOS attack, but not directed at any of our servers, in the DC.
