Default Billing email template stuffup

Folks, a quick announcement letting you know that I totally stuffed up the billing batch invoice emails for November's billing run. I used the wrong email template for the general invoices, that have just gone out now. (DOH!)

The email template used was the final suspension emails, and that should not have been used. So don't worry, your account won't be suspended if you don't pay within 24 hours, as that billing email indicates, but it's still good to pay the invoices quickly too.

So once again, sorry for that. When I realised what had happened, it was too late, as the batch had already been processed.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the update and its a bit of a relief to know we are not gonna be suspended.

I also would like to say that the service and support has been fantastic, however will the next billing experience give a least a week or fortnight of heads up? as I only just got the invoice today and now realise my account is due 01/11/2009 (today)?

Understandably an honest mistake and your honesty is very admirable which also is a PLUS along with the Fantastic hosting.

Cheers~

The billing batch is run on the 1st of the mth and the automated credit card payers are also processed then too. Folks who pay manually with PayPal, cheque, money order, online transfer, can pay off that invoice as soon as possible. Any date up to the 20th is ok too, as we're flexible with folks.
