I'll atleast vouch for Aussie Bob's responsiveness / support.
I signed up the other day during the middle of a big fiasco with another provider.. (theres a 45+ page thread about it on whirlpool . (I'm moving all my domains to www.aussiehost.com ) I had a problem at about 12:40am in the morning.. emailled Bob and he responded in about 20 minutes.. It was a problem with some third party software.. he contacted the vendor and had it all resolved by 2am. (And I recieved three updates during that time as to the status). That's all I can go by at the moment.. Oh and speed wise I've found aussiehost faster than my previous australian host was so speed wise things have been great on aussiehost sofar.. All the above is just my experience this week sofar. I'll see how things go and post an update further down the track ![]() |
