Hi all.

I'm Captain of my local (volunteer) Bush Fire Brigade. Plan on putting together a '1 stop shop' site for our community to be able to get their Fire safety & awareness info from, & members to access info (eg: training, up coming events etc).

New to this whole Domain/Web Hosting thing. Been toying with the idea for quite awhile now, even emailed Aussie Bob (gotta be a good bloke, same name as me

) a few mths back with a couple of questions.

Have dabbled in the past using Frontpage to make html tutorials for people, had a bit of experience with FTP'ing, quite comfortable 'round a computer - inside & out.
So coupled with that, & reading through the knowledge base (great tutorials there), I'll probably be able to bluff my way through putting something together

Got the domain & hosting through Aussie, & can't believe how simple it was, this place just feels right

Looking forward to a long lasting relationship
