Default Additional domains and ftp problems

It appears that additional hosted domains don't get a unique IP but share an IP with the main, original site. How can I configure an FTP program to connect to a tertiary domain?

That's correct, each domain you setup will not have its own unique dedicated IP, but this won't stop you from FTPing your files to the server.

FTP up to the server's main IP, with your username and password as per -

FTP information
