Default Cpanel behind a firewall

There seems to be a change recently to the Cpanel redirection blocking access through the firewall I site behind.

Previously if I entered http://www.example.com/cpanel/ would connect to Cpanel ok but now it redirects to (in my case) https://wallaby.aussiehost.com:2083/ which fails through the firewall here.

How should I access Cpanel now?

Probably best to drop a ticket (email support@aussiehost.com) into the helpdesk with your account details and server that you're on, so the techs can troubleshoot this for you.
