neither of my forums are responding. Can anyone help please?

What, you don't think the servers deserve a break over Christmas like everyone else?

Just kidding. If you're having access issues, drop a ticket into the helpdesk and the techs will tend to that issue for you. The techs don't man the forum, so they're only found on the helpdesk.
