They sure did, I'm very impressed at the speed they addressed the issue and fixed it.

Though, I wouldn't mind knowing what the issue is.

9/10 times these instances are caused by a client's runaway script. If you have access issues, drop a ticket into the helpdesk and the techs will tend to that issue for you.
