To receive support, please follow this order -

• Search the AussieHost.com Knowledge Base. Most common answers can be found there right now. The Knowledge Base is packed with information and live demos, and is a fast way for AussieHost.com clients to receive instant support.

• If you can't find an answer by searching the Knowledge Base, please submit a ticket through the AussieHost.com helpdesk or you can email us at support@aussiehost.com.

If you email us your support question, please also include your account information such as your main domain you setup your AussieHost.com account with.

• If your support question is not sensitive by nature, you can post that into the AussieHost.com Support forum. This way other AussieHost.com clients can search and read the answers to your question, and that might also help them.

• Live Support is also available. Click the live chat link in the top right of the site. Live support is not online 24x7, whereas the AussieHost.com helpdesk is staffed 24x7.
