If you're having problems accessing your cpanel, and you have made 5 unsuccessful consecutive login attempts, the server's firewall will block your IP from accessing the server. This is much the same as an ATM machine keeping your card if you make 3 unsuccessful password attempts. It's a security feature to keep out brute force hack attacks on accessing the server.
To have your IP removed from the server's blocked list, open a ticket on the
AussieHost.com helpdesk and we'll look into that for you. You'll need to let us know your IP, in the helpdesk ticket. You can see your own IP from

If you're having problems remembering usernames and passwords, I would suggest storing your usernames and passwords in an encrypted application such as
KeePass. I would be lost without Keepass, with my 150+ username and passwords that I need. KeePass is free, secure and will save you a lot of time trying to remember usernames and passwords.
Keepass will also ensure that you don't enter the incorrect username and passwords when accessing aspects of your AussieHost.com account, thus triggering the server's firewall, and blocking your IP from accessing the server.
