As per this announcement

Anyone using the old Koala main IP (202.60.86.13) to access your WHM or Cpanel, please use the new IP of 122.201.73.206 from now on. Also if you uploaded to the old IP, make sure you upload to the new IP of 122.201.73.206

So if you use the IP/whm or IP/cpanel paths, these paths will now be -

http://122.201.73.206/whm
http://122.201.73.206/cpanel

Just noticed this thread, is it a typo, as I am using koala and my host is 207 not 206, or do I need to change.

No, either IP is ok. They're both on new Koala.
