Koala has dropped offline, so we're looking into this now. More updates here shortly . . .

This is the final stages of the datacentre's PDU upgrades. The same happened last Saturday night. At least they're doing these late on Saturday night. Shouldn't be too much longer now folks.

They did, but I thought the PDU upgrades were done last Saturday night. Apparently the upgrades spilled over to tonight.

Hi there,

just wondering I have have had two interruptions to my service (currently) and last night (around 12am AEST - not sure for how long but it was back on this morning - phew!!) Is this outage likely to continue? - sorry just wondering!

Thanks also for posting the other notices of any interruptions it is great to know you guys are on to it.

Mac,

There were some network issues early in the morning, at around 12:30am. We did have an issue with the main server then too. That could have been the same issue there.
