And we're back.

It was an issue with Koala's firewall security settings, so we're looking into what caused that etc.

Server is responding now. We're going to change firewalls, so this issue does not happen again.

Hi Bob still noticed this morning that site is off after being on again last night. You mentioned I should use 206... login and this worked with my username but how exactly do I get to the cPanel as it didn't work.

Could you please direct me to the actual address for my cpanel account?

http://yourdomain.com/cpanel with that domain's username and password.

If you want to access via the servers main IP, you can do so with -

http://202.60.86.13/cpanel with the domain's username and password.
