Default How to receive Technical support?

1. Access the AussieHost.com helpdesk.

2. Then enter your email address and password, that you used to register for the helpdesk.



If you're having access issues, please contact us at sales@aussiehost.com

4. Then click "Submit a Ticket" link -



5. Then select the "Support" department -



6. Then complete the ticket form and press "Submit"



Or you can submit a ticket by emailing us -

Technical support - support@aussiehost.com
Billing support - billing@aussiehost.com

Your ticket has then been sent to our helpdesk and we will respond from there.
